Greener Pastures

Lately, because of the no-shopping challenge started by Georgette of Grown and Curvy Woman, I am all about shopping my closet instead of the stores.  Don't get me wrong.  I love shopping.  However, after participating in this challenge, I've realized that I have a ton of amazing pieces already and all I really need is a few basics here and there.

This shirt, which is a actually a shirtdress, is an amazingly versatile piece that has been sitting in the back of my closet (yes, with the tag on it…the shame!) just waiting to get out.  I've been playing with the styling and it works with so many things.  Today, I decided to pair  it with a pencil skirt (another item with the tag still on it) and my Michael Kors platform pumps.  This outfit is perfect for the office or for any occasion that calls for a bit of polish.

Thanks for reading.
