SheaMoisture Shea Butter Luscious Lipstick on Brown Skin Review

For the last few years, I've been obsessed with natural/organic hair products, but becoming extremely ill earlier last year pushed me to go one step further and begin integrating natural/organic skincare products and cosmetics into my routine as well. While I do realize that it is very hard to have completely natural/organic products these days, my goal is to reduce the amount of harmful chemicals I put on my body.

To start my natural beauty journey, I began by looking for replacements for my favorite lipsticks - MAC's Ruby Woo and Rebel, which I often wear together. After some research I discovered that SheaMoisture, one of my favorite beauty brands, recently launched their Shea Butter Luscious Lipstick collection, which is absolutely amazing! The colors I've tried are very pigmented, easy to apply, have decent staying power and  do not dry out my lips.  To top it off, these lipstick are affordable ($9.99 a tube).  Below, I've shared how two of their shades - Poppy and Wild Orchid - look on my brown skin.

Wild Orchid

SheaMoisture's Shea Butter Luscious Lipsticks are currently available in 10 shades and can be purchased at Target and Ulta (only 8 shades are available at Ulta).

P.S. The top I am wearing is from ASOS Curve (similar here and here).

Plus-Size Outfit Inspiration: Lighten Up

Lately, I've been completely obsessed with skirts (see my latest outfit posts here).  However, despite having a closet that is bursting at the seams with pretty little skirts, I've been on the hunt for a few more that can lighten up my look for spring/summer.  If you're looking to do the same, this adorable skirt from Carmakoma that I've styled below would be an amazing option. You can easily dress it up with a pair of heels, as I've done below, or switch out the pumps for a pair of flat sandals (here), if you're looking for a more casual look.
